We’ve come a long way since Ingress released its closed beta in November of 2012. Through the past 8 years, we held hundreds of live events across the globe, revamped as Ingress Prime, built the Drone Mark I, while implementing many improvements along the way. But we’re not slowing down anytime soon, and are excited to launch C.O.R.E. subscription on Ingress.
C.O.R.E., which stands for Community, Offers, Recognition, and Expansion, is an optional monthly subscription service for Ingress Agents. Available through the in-app Store, the C.O.R.E. subscription is priced at $4.99 USD per month, or your local currency equivalent, inclusive of taxes and fees, determined by your digital distribution service (Google Play or the App Store).
As a C.O.R.E. Subscription member, you will get access to the following benefits:
- 500 capacity expansion to inventory C.O.R.E.
- Agent Profile Medal C.O.R.E.
- Agent Codename Flair
- Monthly 7,000 CMU introductory bonus grant*
- 1 C.O.R.E. Loadout Kit every month
- View Inventory and Portal Keys owned on Intel Map
- Originally implemented in 2021, C.O.R.E. subscribers can make more calls to Intel Map per day
*Agents who subscribe within the first 30 days will receive a one time bonus grant of 7,000 CMU, and resume the monthly 2,500 CMU grant from the second month.

Community
As C.O.R.E. subscribers, Agents will be taking an active role in helping support Ingress. Currently a work in progress, subscribers will soon have access to Fast Track of spoofing-related escalations via Ingress Settings > Help Center > Go > Contact Us.
Offers
Subscribers will receive 2,500 CMU every month to spend in the Store. As a special introductory offer, all Agents who subscribe in the next 30 days (until March 11, 2021) will be granted an additional bonus of 4,500 CMU for a total of 7,000 CMU, In addition, the subscription will also provide 1 exclusive Loadout kit every month, with Recursed Agents receiving an additional item:

Recognition
Subscribers will receive an exclusive C.O.R.E. medal, with a new Agent profile stat displaying the number of months as a C.O.R.E. subscriber. A codename flair will be added to the profile indicating an active membership. A pink flair will be enabled exclusively for recursed Agents.
Expansion
Subscribers will receive 500 additional inventory space for a maximum of 2500 items, and the ability to view inventory and Portal Keys on the Intel Map. On the Intel Map, the INVENTORY drop-down shows a raw output of items and Portal Keys, with Portal Keys listing which Key Locker or Capsule ID (for example, ABCD1234) contains the Portal Key.
Once the purchase is complete, your payment method will automatically be charged on the same day of each month (e.g. if you registered on November 3, you will next be charged on December 3), unless you cancel your subscription. You will also receive your monthly benefits on this day. You might find a payment authorization on your payment method up to 24 hours before the renewal date but you’ll only be charged on the renewal date.
Please note that your subscription is managed via your Google Play on Android or the App Store on iOS. If you cancel your C.O.R.E. subscription, you will retain the benefits through the end of your monthly subscription period. You will not receive a prorated refund.
