Ingress Mission Days have been fun and successful events bringing Factions together and encouraging Agents to explore new places. As travel restrictions lift in some parts of the world, we are excited to start accepting Mission Day applications for 2022.

What’s new:
- Mission Day Lite: available to areas with a population of 2500 or less and have never hosted a Mission Day in the past. Mission Day Lite is the same as Mission Day in all aspects except that it will have a 6-mission requirement versus the 18 required for a standard Mission Day. For example, Mission Day Lite: Marfa, TX.
- Creating Missions no longer requires the mission planning spreadsheet!

Cities with a postponed Mission Day should have already heard from NianticThia to discuss rescheduling their event and logistics.
For cities with a Hexathlon-linked Mission Day postponed, we will discuss options with the respective PoCs.
Beyond that, we will prioritize applications from locations with friendly health and travel policies.
