From April to June, Agents can take part in the Orion Anomaly Season, competing across multiple Events to earn the most Season Points for their Faction.
In addition, by taking part in some of these Events, Agents have multiple opportunities to earn medals.
Orion Season Medal (4-tiered): Awarded based on participation in Ingress First Saturday events, completion of Daily Bounties, and performance in the Orion Global Campaign, four free Dispatch operations in the Season and Anomaly battles.
Commemorative Orion Onsite Medal (single-tiered): Earned simply by participating in any Anomaly battle onsite.
Orion Global Campaign Medal (3-tiered): Based solely on performance during the Orion Global Campaign.
Agents may earn the Orion medal by accumulating Orion Tokens through the following means:
Daily Bounties from 7 April to 30 June
Earn 10 Orion Tokens by completing each Daily Research Bounty
Earn 20 Orion Tokens by reaching each Daily Research Bounty milestone
In-person First Saturday Events
Earn 2,500 Orion Tokens per month by attending and checking in with an onsite IFS organizer
Dispatch Operations
Earn up to 2,500 Orion Tokens from each of the four free Dispatch operations in the Season:

A Orion Token Agent Stat will be added to your Agent Profile for the duration of the Orion Anomaly Season to help you monitor your individual progress.

Complete a variety of Bounties, delivered daily via Dispatch.

Claim 10 Orion Tokens from each Daily Bounty completed, and 20 Orion Tokens from each milestone.
Take part in multiple score-based competitive operations, such as Urban Ops, Stealth Ops, Anomaly Campaign, Portal Battles and Shard Operations.
Urban and Stealth Ops availability may vary site to site.
300 Season Points per site
On-site Agents will be issued a series of “Site Bounties” during the designated battle period.
Complete the first Bounty and claim 3,000 Orion Tokens.
Complete the remaining 4 Bounties and claim an additional 2,000 Orion Tokens.
The final outcome of the Orion Anomaly Season will be based on the total Season Score accrued by each Faction from all of the above components, and the Faction with the higher final score will claim the Season.
