Hakodate Kokusai Hotel will be selling wristbands for After Party free flow drinks. Unit price is JPY2500. They will be serving alcohol and soft drinks.

By showing the wristband at the beverage station, you’ll be able to receive your beverages.

NL-1331H - Hakodate City Tram- (Ingress chartered tram)

The following dispatch was recently intercepted, but its authenticity cannot be verified:

The detection equipment within the tram must remain concealed at all costs. Our objective is to monitor and amplify the effects of XM discreetly as the tram traverses the historic route. The riders must remain unaware of the technology installed around them, as their unwitting participation is crucial to the experiment’s success. Ensure the equipment blends seamlessly with the tram’s interior, and keep installation work minimal. We cannot afford the attention of local authorities or curious onlookers. Timing is critical. Once the system is active, I expect immediate updates on any significant changes in rider behavior. -A

Agents are advised to exercise caution and diligence when in the field, and in particular when in proximity of NL-1331H.

XM investigation vehicle NL-1331H is expected to arrive at the City of Hakodate on 22nd September from Hakodate Station to Jujigai. The 3 rides will be free of charge by showing Ingress scanners. There will be no medal or any rewards by participating in this XM investigation ride. If you wish to have an additional tick for the NL-1331 medal, please hack NL-1331H Portal for eligibility. Feel free to hop on / off in any stations between Hakodate Station to Jujigai. Please note that we may limit the number of participants for safety reasons. Also, please be mindful of other passengers who will be at the station by not gathering at the station as the station itself is not meant to hold a large number of people.
